平衡身體pH酸鹼度有助抗衰老!

根據紐約皮膚專科醫生 Jeannette Graf 所說,人體內最佳pH值為稍微帶鹼性的pH7.4,但當身體逐漸衰老,酸性便增加,酸性的環境會引致皮膚衰老及機能退化,因此建議由飲食改善體內酸鹼度,從而逆轉衰老!

能令體內產生酸性的食品盡量少吃 ~
 咖啡、酒精、汽水
多吃鹼性食物如 ~
 三文魚、比目魚、橄欖油、燕麥、糙米等
