Return Your Order

Goods are returnable within 7 days from date of delivery. Please contact us before you return your purchase.
All returns must meet the following terms & conditions :

  • Exchange/refund requests must be made by email and mailed out for return within 7 days from date of delivery. 
  • Returned goods may not be opened or used with all parts, accessories, and materials included with original packaging sealed. 
  • Any gifts, redeemed items, or membership rewards given with purchase must be returned at the same time.
  • Any discounts or promotional offer given at time of purchase might be revoked and shall be adjusted in the settle amount for such exchange/refund. 
  • Reward points redeemed and its corresponding discount coupons used at time of purchase shall be adjusted according to the redemption/usage rules at time of exchange/refund.
  • Gifts, rewards, or redeemed items may not be opened or used with all parts, accessories, and materials included with original packaging sealed.
  • We reserve the right to deny multiple exchanges/refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.
  • Shipping charge are non-refundable. 
  • Returned goods for exchange are subject to additional shipping charge.
  • Returns not meeting the return policy will not qualify for refunds/exchanges and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. 
  • Refund/exchange eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on any return shipment.
  • We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. 
  • Refund must be made in a payment method same as the method used for purchase.
  • Our payment processing partner - Paydollar, may require 4-6 weeks to process refund made to your credit cards or to Alipay.
